Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Your workspace stays active — it drops to the Free plan automatically. You keep all your data and projects. If you've added more than 5 users, existing members retain read access until you upgrade or reduce the team size.
